Techno Sales Manager – Ahmedabad

About the Role

CellTricks is looking for a dynamic and experienced Techno Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven sales expertise to drive growth, manage key accounts, and lead sales initiatives in filtration and related solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and online research.
  • Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their technical and commercial requirements.
  • Handle technical queries from customers and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
  • Conduct filtration studies, product trials, and application evaluations at customer sites and prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and technical details clearly to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes and successful project execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics on a regular basis.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, set targets, and review daily and weekly activities for effective planning and execution.
  • Stay updated with the company’s product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the sales team by monitoring proposals, documentation, follow-ups, and closing activities to achieve business targets.

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong technical understanding of filtration products or industrial solutions (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Strategic thinking with strong planning and target-setting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
