Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of filtration parameters such as Vmax, Pmax, Tmax
- Good knowledge of bioprocess stages including Upstream and Downstream processing
- Familiarity with filter validation studies and E&L (Extractables & Leachables) studies
- Hands-on experience with single-use systems and assemblies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve technical queries related to membrane filters, capsule filters, cartridge filters, hollow fiber systems, virus filtration, ATF, TFF, and depth filters
- Conduct filtration studies, trials, and generate detailed technical reports
- Provide application and technical support to customers for bioprocess and filtration products
- Demonstrate and guide usage of single-use systems including 2D/3D bags, bioreactor bags, and connectors
- Clearly communicate product features, applications, and benefits to new and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements, collaborate with internal teams, and provide effective technical solutions
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Scientific teams for seamless execution
- Prepare technical presentations and support marketing, sales, and commercial teams
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and participate in team reviews for planning and improvements
