About the Role
CellTricks Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and technically proficient Sales / Techno-Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the bioprocess and biopharmaceutical industry in Pune.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling bioprocess consumables, biopharma solutions, and related technologies, with exposure to Upstream Processing (USP) and Downstream Processing (DSP) applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting technical discussions, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of bioprocess and biopharmaceutical consumables and solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with biotechnology and biopharmaceutical customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of CellTricks Biotech’s market presence in Pune and surrounding regions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bioprocess products and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity development, quotation follow-up, negotiation, and order closure.
- Coordinate with internal technical, product, and business teams to provide effective customer support.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, opportunity details, and sales forecasts.
- Monitor market developments, customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
