About the Role
CellTricks is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for the Hyderabad region. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on field sales experience who are passionate about business development, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets in the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned Hyderabad territory
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and lead follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Promote company products and solutions to laboratories, research institutes, and industry clients
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 0 – 2 years of field sales experience (mandatory)
- Educational background in Life Sciences is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Hyderabad region
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
