Bioprocess Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

Location: Bangalore
Eligibility: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology) or B.Tech. (Biotechnology).
Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, field sales or technical sales. Freshers with strong biotech sales

We’re Hiring: Bioprocess Sales Executive | Cell Tricks Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Seeking a Sales Executive with a blend of Inside Sales and Field Sales responsibilities to
drive business growth in the bioprocess and biopharma market.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Understand bioprocess workflows, including USP, DSP and single-use technologies.
  • Generate leads through inside sales and convert them into meetings and opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings to present the product portfolio.
  • Build and manage the sales funnel from prospecting to order closure.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up in CRM, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial support.
  • Escalate key customer requirements and market feedback to management.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication, negotiation, CRM/MS Office proficiency, willingness to travel
within Bangalore.

Languages

English, Hindi or any other local language.
