Qualification: Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology & Biochemistry), Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Job Overview

We’re seeking a motive Sales Director (Country sales Head) to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential customers.
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to explain product features and benefits to customers
  • effectively.
  • Prepare the client/ Customers proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals to ensure mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Oversee after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales activities and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 20-22 years of experience in a Sales or Techno-commercial role (Pharma andBiopharma consumable & Equipment companies)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of technical aspects relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer connect and maintain relations.
  • Ability to manage team of 25 to 30 people.
